International orders are typically processed and shipped within up to 3 business days after full payment is received.

All international shipments are handled via Ukrposhta, ensuring reliable worldwide delivery.

As soon as your package is handed over to the postal service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

After your parcel leaves Ukraine and clears customs in the destination country, delivery is completed by the local postal or courier service responsible for final delivery in your region.

We offer delivery across Ukraine via trusted postal operators, including Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. You can select your preferred carrier during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual rates of the selected carrier, with no additional handling or processing fees on our side.

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $100 within Ukraine

 

Please note: Parcels are stored at the post office for 7 days. On the seventh day, parcels are automatically returned to the online store. To avoid this, you must personally extend the storage period of your parcel.

You will be able to track your parcels using the tracking number, which we email you after handing the parcel over to the postal courier.
